SUZY'S NIGHT DREAMS

Places we have been!

June 24, 2006 Pamlico River

July 02 - 04, 2006 Lake Gaston

This monster is quite big to drive around.  This is from when we picked it up to take it home the first day.  Gotta remember I have that heavy and long beasty hanging off the back of the truck.  The truck does not have  a problem pulling her.

This is the boat sitting on it's trailer. Nice galvanized trailer but you have to get used to the roller style trailer.  Rollers mean different kind of loading.

Where the controls be at.

The cuddy cabin.  Nice feature unless you trying to carry 8 people on the boat which it says it's rated for.  Mind you they must be some small people since the boat carries 8 people or 1200 lbs or 1800 lbs total including gear.

From the back looking forward.

Forward looking back.

Powerplant.  It has the 170 horsepower Mercruiser inline 4 cylinder engine with an Alpha 1 drive.  Works well but not really enough sauce to pull up skiers fast.  Nice fuel usage though.  Can get a lot of play done over the weekend and never go looking for a gas station.  The nice feature of this motor is that it is fresh water cooled.  We can go out on the sound in the salt water and do a lot less damage to the motor and components because of this.  You bet we are going to try this out before the summer is over.

Mivon behind the boat on the tube.  Nifty toy.

Mivon driving the boat.  She took to that really fast which is a good thing since it means we both get to play off the back end on the tube, wake boards, or knee boards.

Me trying to get back on the diving platform after riding in the tube.

Mobile swimming platform.  Nice place to have a picnic as well :-)

So we continue to play with our new toy.  Lets see what happens.
